The Bird has left the nest and good riddance

Leigh Raven has finally quit porn. and Not a moment too soon. For months she has cried crocodile tears to anyone who still took her phony story of sexual assault against Rico Strong and Just Dave as credible. I for one thought she was telling the truth initially and wrote to that affect.

Subsequently a Police report was filed in which no charges where brought and Just Dave released the Nanny Cam video and BTS footage of the complete shoot. At No time was Leigh Raven even remotely treated how she alleged and the footage clearly shows that.

When the story first broke a lot of people where divided on the issue. But the footage Should have put that to rest.  But you still had your delusional fans of hers and some people in the adult industry who had their heels dug in. They refused to look at the evidence objectively and come to any resemblance of a rational decision. Because it quite frankly didn't fit their personal biases.

When I initially wrote the piece I did. I cautioned against being bias towards any of the parties involved. My instincts in doing so where proven correct when it was found out that her story was indeed bull shit.

Now it seems that her disinvite to the Urban X awards might have been the straw that broke the camel's back. She was scheduled to be a presenter at the awards show last week and was promptly told that she was no longer wanted because of the controversy surrounding her.  Fact of the matter is this, There really shouldn't be any controversy. Her story was proven to be Bull and that should have been the end of it. Funny thing Rico Strong Won Performer of the year at the very same event.

According to her twitter feed she is leaving the adult industry. I hope that she really is leaving and stays gone. We do not need that type of element in this business.
