Abigail Mac took to twitter recently to call out the bull shit practice that a lot of female performers are participating in inside the industry. The practice of charging more money to work with Black Male talent. A lot of performers hopped on her twitter thread with similar sentiments. But one key thing that the Goddess missed the mark on was her statement about. "My body my choice"

While that sounds great technically. If a woman in the industry chooses to not shoot at ALL with another performer EXCLUSIVELY because of the color of their skin, that in an of it self is racially discriminatory point blank period. Sure it's your choice and you shouldn't be forced to shoot with anyone you don't want to shoot with. BUT as I just stated if the ONLY reason is because a person is Black. Understand that your choice is in fact racially motivated and you should own that shit.

It is normally my practice to not begrudge performers who do not shoot what is traditionally considered IR. that is a white/other female with a Black male. It is normally my practice to simply focus on the girls that do shoot it. BUT if some one else is going to bring up the topic or a topic that is related to it, well then you best believe that the Kid is going to chime in.

For an industry that Champions inclusion with how progressive the LGBTQ community is treated within it's ranks. The level of hypocrisy and silence that a lot of companies have in trying to treat both Black Men and Women talent fairly is deafening.

So to Abigail the directors and all the other talent that hopped on her twitter thread We Love you all to death and support everything that you do but if you truly want to end Discriminatory practices within the industry it is easy. Don't work with Talent that has racial limitations on who they will work with. and Directors should stop hiring girls who have racial limitations on whom they are willing to work with. Or if you still decide that you want to still work with those types of individuals in the industry understand that your sentiments are only half measures. That is a tacit acceptance of the reasoning to why they behave like they do.
