Round 4.

Here we go again. For the forth straight year the Cleveland Cavaliers lead by LeBron James will lock horns with Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors. Sad to say this series is not really going to be as compelling as the first 3. LeBron will have his brilliant performances but the Cavs are not going to be able to put up enough resistance to the onslaught that is to come.

The first finals match up between these two teams captured our interest because it was LeBron playing out of his mind. Despite his two all star teammates getting hurt he still made the games competitive.  The Warriors prevailed. The second series gained our intrigue because it was a rematch between the two and the Warriors where just coming off the greatest regular season in NBA history. Steph Curry was injured on the way to this finals appearance and people wondered how healthy he was. LeBron James cemented his legacy as one of the greatest players ever by over coming a 3-1 deficit to defeat the Warriors.

Last year Golden State changed the narrative of this match up forever with a now infamous recruiting trip to the Hamptons in upstate new york. Where they convinced Kevin Durant to join their organization creating a juggernaut. The team experienced growing pains during the season but cruised through the playoffs and overwhelmed LeBron and the Cavs in 5 games.

This year However with a supporting cast that is vastly inferior than the last 3 James faced the Warriors with. LeBron will be lucky to win a game this time. For all his greatness. He just wont be enough. And it will be surprising if any of the games are competitive.
